| Ian
was raised in London UK and lived in Bermuda before
immigrating to Canada.
Ian’s passion with fitness and wellbeing began
at a very early age. He performed at a very high level
on the track until his late twenties.
He turned his focus to teaching and helping others
with their personal fitness goals over fifteen years
ago. His aerobic, step and circuit training classes
were known for there diversity and intensity.
Ian became hooked on Yoga about seven years ago after
a reoccurring back injury. As he recalls “I
used to go to bed with a back ache and get up with
a worse back ache, here I was the epitome of health
and wellbeing and my body was falling apart. I then
found Yoga and never looked back. I had found something
to practice for the rest of my days.
