| Ian was introduced to Pilates by Mary Sayers in 2002. He found that it was a great complement to Yoga and fantastic at building core strength and stability. He certified as a Stott Pilates Instructor and currently teaches Mat and Reformer Pilates Classes.
Ian brings passion, dedication and commitment and many life experiences to his teaching. He believes in the ‘Hard and the Soft’ approach. You can’t be hard and strong if you are not soft and pliable. Balance is the key.
Ian is committed to practicing a holistic approach to life. He is a personal trainer, Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, Yoga and Pilates Trainer. He lives in Vancouver BC with his wife and two children.
